The 2nd Annual Find Your Flow: A 30 Day Creative Journey is open to creatives of all levels, whether you are just starting out, or are an expereinced artist.

You’ll be invited to commit to a daily creative practice of your choice that will be your focus for 30 days, beginning June 1st. This will allow you to start wherever you are at on your creative journey.

For your creative practice you can…

build on something you’ve just started and want to explore

continue with a project that is already underway

or start something completely new you’ve always dreamed of doing.

Your practice can be as quick as 5 minutes a day, or as involved as you’d like.

It can be done in your sketchbook

on a canvas

or using any materials that you’d like to explore.

You get the idea. Anything goes!

What’s important is to pick one thing you want to commit to that excites you, do it for 30 days, and experience what it feels like to Find Your Flow.

Here’s what past participants are saying…

“My “Find Your Flow” experience was so helpful to my art practice. I have been a professional artist for over 30 years, and, although I am very self-motivated and disciplined, joining the “Find Your Flow” group was the reinvigoration that I needed. It provided the means to a more regimented focus on my creative practice, with many helpful tools that encouraged me to see what I was really accomplishing. Just what I wanted! ”

– Diana Dunkley

My experience with the Find Your Flow program was life-altering. I know it might seem dramatic to say something like “life-altering,” and yet, there really is no other way to describe it. Each and every day we were supported by comments and encouragement on what we were doing which was invaluable.  Then there was the group of wonderful artists – some beginning like me, some experienced – who supported each other in such amazing ways through all the ups and downs of trying to implement a daily creative practice.

It was the completion of the program that changed my life so dramatically. I finally, for the first time in a very, very long time, finished something, and it was because I had been encouraged and supported in a safe environment where it was okay to spread my artistic wings.”

– Sarah Joyce Bryant
