These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all Sketchbook Revival related websites, webpages, and applications, including but not limited to all products, services, content, software, tools, features, and technology made available to you (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please read carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access and use of the Site is your express consent and acceptance of these Terms. Any violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time in our discretion. Updates will be posted on the Site with the effective date indicated. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

3. Eligible Users

Sketchbook Revival is intended for individuals 18 years or older.

4. Purchases, Free Trials, and Coupons

  • Occasionally, free trials or coupons may be offered. Payment information may be required to start a trial, with billing beginning automatically after the trial period unless canceled.

  • Purchases of VIP access, workshops, or bundles provide lifetime access unless otherwise stated. Downloads of content are not included unless specifically offered.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds: Available on a case-by-case basis. We want you to feel supported, so please contact us if you are dissatisfied.

6. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” feature or contact support.

7. Your Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate laws or regulations

  • Harass, defame, or harm others

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

  • Engage in spamming, hacking, or transmitting viruses

8. Intellectual Property

All content (videos, PDFs, images, branding, etc.) on the Site is owned by Karen Abend / Sketchbook Revival or our guest artists. You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, resale, or public distribution is prohibited.

9. User Submissions

By submitting testimonials, feedback, or artwork, you grant Sketchbook Revival permission to use such content for marketing and community purposes. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that it is accurate and lawful.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

11. International Users

If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

12. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Content is provided “as is.” Sketchbook Revival makes no guarantees of uninterrupted access or specific results. By participating, you assume responsibility for your creative experience. We are not liable for damages resulting from your use of the Site.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sketchbook Revival, its affiliates, artists, and team members from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Site.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Sketchbook Revival.
